Calvary Global Network is excited to announce the launch of an ambitious church planting initiative that will target 15 major cities across North America and Europe over the next two years. This strategic expansion of our Cultivate program represents one of the most significant church planting efforts in CGN's history.

Vision and Strategy

The initiative, titled "Cities for Christ 2025-2027," aims to establish Gospel-centered churches in urban centers where there is significant need for biblical teaching and community transformation. Our strategy focuses on:

• Identifying and training qualified church planters
• Partnering with established CGN churches for support and accountability
• Providing comprehensive resources and ongoing coaching
• Building sustainable, autonomous local churches
• Emphasizing cultural relevance while maintaining biblical fidelity

After extensive research and prayer, we have identified 15 strategic cities for this initiative:

The Cultivate Training Program

Selected church planters will undergo our comprehensive Cultivate training program, which includes:

• Assessment Phase (3 months): Evaluating calling, character, and competency for church planting
• Training Phase (12 months): Intensive biblical, theological, and practical ministry training
• Deployment Phase (6 months): Transitioning to the target city with ongoing support
• Coaching Phase (24 months): Regular coaching and mentorship during the critical first two years

Partnership Opportunities

This initiative requires significant partnership from the CGN family. We invite churches and individuals to partner with us through:

• Prayer: Commit to praying for church planters and their families
• Financial Support: Sponsor a church planter or contribute to the initiative fund
• Sending Teams: Send short-term teams to assist with launch activities
• Mentorship: Experienced pastors can serve as mentors and coaches
• Resource Sharing: Provide materials, equipment, or expertise

Expected Impact

By God's grace, we anticipate this initiative will result in:

• 50 trained and deployed church planters
• 15 new Gospel-centered churches established
• Thousands of people reached with the Gospel
• Hundreds of new believers discipled and equipped
• Strengthened CGN presence in strategic urban centers
• Multiplication of churches through second-generation plants
